Entry Requirements
The Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management is available to individuals aged 18 and over who are currently working in senior or aspiring leadership roles across sectors such as health and social care, public services or commercial organisations. Learners should already hold responsibilities for leading people, strategy, performance or organisational development, making this programme ideal for those operating at, or progressing towards, senior or executive level positions.
This qualification is particularly suited to senior managers, heads of service, directors and professionals preparing for strategic or board-level roles. Learners must be able to apply their learning directly within their organisation, using real workplace challenges to demonstrate leadership capability, strategic thinking and professional development.
Non-UK nationals with the legal right to work in the UK are also eligible to apply. All learners must be committed to completing the 12-month programme and have the support of their employer to engage with training, workplace application and assessment activities throughout the course.
