Your go-to partner for must-have solutions in health and social care training
As someone committed to excellence in care, you need a training partner you can count on to help deliver it. That's what tend is all about; creating life-changing training and skills for the people who change lives.

Team culture

To deliver the best training in care we start by looking after our own people, with charity, wellness and team building days and by having a dedicated Chief People Officer.  As a team, this helps keep us motivated, close-knit and happy in our work, and it shows.

Tried and trusted

We’ve been crafting and delivering solutions in health and social care training for more than two decades. We’re also constantly evolving, refining our service and products to meet the ever-changing needs and challenges of our sector.

Fair and inclusive

As a conscientious forwarding-thinking business centred on people, we’re naturally and proudly inclusive. That means you get flexible course delivery adapted to students’ learning needs, plus content that covers rapidly evolving regulations in areas like SEND.

Our leadership team

Leading by example.
Dynamic individuals with decades of combined experience behind them, our Board are perfectly equipped to lead a forward-looking business like ours.

They’re devoted to our sector and hands-on too, which makes them an inspiration to the whole tend team.

Our Commitment to Communities

Giving Back
As a company devoted to excellence in care, compassion runs deep at tend.

We aim for 1,000 hours each year spent supporting projects and causes like Young Lives vs Cancer, giving every employee a paid day off to support their community, whether through volunteering, local projects, or sponsored hikes and parkruns.
My apprenticeship taught me practical methods and theoretical models that I could apply every day. I became a much better supervisor within a year and a half. I passed my apprenticeship early with a Distinction. I was already proud of myself, but then I was promoted to Care Professional Lead!
