Admin Apprenticeships

Our Admin Apprenticeships are designed for staff working in business support or customer service roles at any level. Whether your employees are new to administration or already managing a team, these programmes help them strengthen their communication, organisation, and leadership skills. They’re ideal for developing confident, capable staff who can handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities and contribute more effectively to your organisation’s day-to-day operations.

The length of each apprenticeship depends on the level of the qualification and the learner’s experience. Typically, programmes take between 12 and 18 months to complete. During this time, learners receive structured training, one-to-one coaching from a tend trainer, and access to online learning materials. This flexible approach ensures that training fits seamlessly around their role, allowing them to apply new skills in real time without disrupting business productivity.

Most apprenticeships are fully funded through the government’s Apprenticeship Levy or co-funded schemes. For many learners, this means there’s no cost to take part. Employers can use their levy funds to cover training expenses or, if they don’t pay into the levy, they can access 95% government funding with only a small contribution. Our team can guide both learners and employers through the funding process to ensure maximum support with minimal financial barriers.

Our Admin Apprenticeships are delivered through a flexible mix of online learning, workplace assessments, and personalised support from our tend trainers. This blended approach allows apprentices to study around their day-to-day workload without disruption. Training is practical, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s role. Regular progress reviews and one-to-one coaching ensure that learners gain the confidence, skills, and understanding needed to apply what they learn directly in their workplace from day one.

Both the employer and the learner receive ongoing support throughout the apprenticeship. Each learner is assigned a dedicated tend trainer who provides consistent guidance, feedback, and motivation. Employers are kept informed through regular progress updates and review meetings, ensuring complete visibility of development.
