If you’re at university or college, you physically attend classes, lectures, and/or webinars for 2-3 years, waiting for the day the learning can end and the career can begin.
On an apprenticeship, the career is already underway. By the time you’ve completed your End-Point Assessment, you may already be in line for a promotion.
