One thing we love at tend is receiving feedback from our incredible learners. It’s always wonderful to hear how the learning journey and overall experience has been for those who taking their new knowledge, skills and behaviours into the UK care sector.

A large portion of the feedback we receive is about our Development Coaches. These incredible human beings are more than just tutors. They are teachers, coaches, confidants. A personal advocate for each learner’s success. The value of having this person to nurture and guide them through their programme is never lost on our learners, and it’s beautiful to receive heartfelt messages of thanks from apprentices who complete their courses, and find themselves looking back over the experience fondly.
