Impact Futures Group named on the Best Companies Big Reveal List 2025

Leading UK training provider, and parent company of tend, Impact Futures Group (IFG), has been named on this year’s Best Companies Big Reveal 2025 list as one of the best places to work in the UK.
Earlier this year, IFG achieved a prestigious 2-star accreditation from Best Companies, and have now been shortlisted in the 3 following categories:
- Best Large Companies to Work for 2025 (23rd out of 100)
- Best Companies to Work For in the West Midlands (14th out of 40)
- Best Companies to Work for in the Education / Training Sector 2025 (6th out of 15)
The organisation’s accreditation and inclusion in these lists, places IFG amongst the best of the best employers in the country, demonstrating enormously high levels of employee satisfaction across the board.
To achieve a 2 Star accreditation, an organisation needs to score at least 696.5. A score that high indicates an ‘outstanding’ commitment to engagement in the workplace.
This is the first time IFG has been assessed in this way. In fact, the organisation came extremely close to a top-rated 3-star accreditation. The team is confident this will be achieved in the near future.
