Entry Requirements
The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is available to individuals aged 19 and over who are working in adult care settings and supporting vulnerable adults. This includes roles in care homes, residential care homes, domiciliary care, home care services, and wider adult care services.
Learners must be employed in a role that provides the opportunity to demonstrate leadership, decision-making and advanced care practice. To meet the assessment requirements, a minimum of two face-to-face observations will take place on site within the learner’s workplace.
Non-UK nationals with legal employment status are also eligible to enrol. Applicants should be committed to completing the 12-month programme and supported by their employer to participate fully in both online learning and workplace-based assessments.
