Entry Requirements

The C&G Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders is available to individuals aged 19 and over who are currently working in direct care roles. Learners should hold responsibilities that involve supervising or managing others, making this programme an excellent choice for those stepping into leadership.

It is particularly suited to team leaders, line managers, supervisors and staff preparing for their first formal management role. Applicants should be able to apply learning directly within their workplace, using real situations to evidence skills and progress.

Non-UK nationals with legal employment status are also eligible to apply. Learners must be committed to completing the 9-month programme and supported by their employer to engage fully with the training.
