A national leader in apprenticeship training, tend™ is celebrating a glowing Ofsted report that rates the organisation ‘Good’ in every key category, including the quality of education, leadership and management, personal development, behaviours and attitudes, and apprenticeship delivery.
This result firmly cements tend™ as a high-performing, people-first training provider, transforming learners into confident, resilient professionals, equipped to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
The report from His Majesty’s Inspectors commends the organisation’s collaborative approach with employers, its well-structured and ambitious programmes, and a culture built on professionalism, inclusion, and aspiration.
